Very unprofessional. Dealt with a female agent from there. She seemed nice got me and my family excited about the rental. Had me do all these things to get the place then just stopped all communication. No returned calls or messages definitely would not recommend that agent.
Granger Real Estate may be a small firm in Vermont, but their service was above and beyond my expectations. They were eager to answer any inquiries I had and were very knowledgable about the more technical aspects involved in purchasing a property. If they didn't know the answer, they were honest and diligent in finding it out. They seem to pride themselves in working as a team and this is very apparent in their approach to the public. Friendly service is becoming rare in the "business world" these days and Granger Real Estate breaks that mold. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a hands on approach and excellent customer and client service.
